Cynthia Johnson, Co-Owner of TSCM Security Services, LLC
Cynthia Johnson is actively involved in creating and implementing processes that reduce risks and increase revenue. As co-owner in a Technical Surveillance and Countermeasures (TSCM) company, which she launched with her husband, Howard in 2006, Cynthia understands first-hand the importance of having great processes in place. Under Cynthia’s guidance, the company has experienced tremendous efficiency and growth. Cynthia’s passion is working with business constituents to bring concepts and visions to its fullest fruition. She is an integral part of identifying opportunities for both entities and often serves as the lead proposal manager/reviewer on both prime and sub-contracts.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Cynthia served in the United States Air Force as an Emergency Medical Technician. During her final tenure, Cynthia was assigned to the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) as the Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Program Manager for the Armed Forces. This was an exciting time in Cynthia’s career and marked her transition from the medical field to the business management arena.
Cynthia completed her undergraduate studies at National Louis University with a BA in Business Management. She received her Master’s degree in Procurement and Acquisition from Webster’s University. She is currently enrolled in a Project Management certification program; upon completion, she expects to challenge the test to receive her PMP certification.
Cynthia hails from a small town in South Georgia. Still a southern girl at heart, Cynthia enjoys traveling with her husband, Howard, relaxing with their kids, meeting new people and discovering exciting new locations to visit.
